WCI at Venetian Golf and River Club

I sure wish WCI was still building at Venetian. The Grande Estate group has a solid following and interest in my listing that is new construction is overwhelming.

Muliple offers have been coming in on these homes in the Grande Estate section. I just closed on 193 Portofino Friday, 7/24 for $612,000. This has turned out to be a great summer and a great home buying season in all.
